What happens on the 15-minute call?

We go over your service area, your hours, which time slots it can book, and what counts as an emergency. That’s everything we need to build it.

What do I need to have ready?

Your services, the hours you want covered, and the cell number that should get emergency texts. Nothing technical.

When will it be live?

In a few days. You test it yourself before any customer call reaches it.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. You forward calls to NightShift: all calls, after-hours only, or just the ones you miss.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

No. It’s $297 a month, month-to-month, with no setup fee. Cancel anytime.

Does it work with my scheduling software?

It books into a calendar that syncs with Google Calendar or Outlook, and every booking is also texted to you with the details. If you run ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber, bring it up on the call and we’ll go over how bookings get to you.

What if a caller wants a real person?

You choose. It can transfer the call live to your cell or any number you pick, or take the details and text you right away so you can call back.

Is there a limit on calls?

No. $297 a month covers unlimited calls. No per-minute charges.
