These Terms govern your use of nightshifthvac.com and the services offered by Braider Pro LLC, doing business as NightShift HVAC ("we," "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide done-for-you call answering, text messaging, review request, and website services for HVAC businesses. Specific features and pricing are confirmed in writing before you start.
Services are billed monthly with a one-time setup fee. Plans are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has begun.
Program: NightShift HVAC customer care and appointment messages.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to give us accurate business information, to follow applicable laws (including calling, texting, and consent rules) when using our services with your customers, and to tell us about changes that affect how calls should be handled.
Our AI receptionist identifies itself as a virtual assistant and follows the instructions you approve. It is not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, callers are told to contact 911 or their gas utility as appropriate.
We work to help you capture more jobs, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, bookings, or review results.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
